Flex Wash Membership Cancellation Policy

 

At Flex Wash, we strive to provide excellent service to our members. If you wish to cancel your car wash membership, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, you must contact Flex Wash directly:

Cancellations cannot be processed through third-party services or your credit card provider.

Required Information:

• The license plate number of the vehicle registered under the membership.
• The last four digits of the credit card on file.

No Dispute of Charges: Please note that we will not dispute any credit card charges. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the membership is cancelled directly through Flex Wash. Any charges incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Effective Date: Membership cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
