Starters, Finishers, and Detailers

Starters - Hourly position plus tips and bonus opportunities. Starters are the first people to greet the customer before they enter  in the tunnel. They prep clean wash the car and engage the system for the car to go through the tunnel. During their interaction with customer starters have the ability to upsell monthly membership subscriptions. Bonus opportunities live within the number of subscriptions sold on a dollar per unit  basis to be added to the starters payroll, monthly. ($15/hr)

Finishers - Hourly position plus tips. Finishers are responsible for interacting with customers who have selected washes that include interior services. Finishers perform the required labor in a timely manner to ensure wash traffic remains fluid. There will be two finishers assigned per full service bay. Each bay is a team, splitting tips, ensuring quality and accountability to the effort. ($15/hr)

Detailers - Hourly position. Detailers are responsible for interacting with customers who've selected any one of the available detailing products. ($17/hr)

These positions are rotated through by hourly employees and will do so as needed.
